CESI Adds Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Marketing to Leadership Team

 November, 2015 Raleigh, NC – Consumer Education Services, Inc. (CESI) announces the hire of two executive leadership team members: Vice President of Marketing, Jean Elias, and Vice President of Operations, Helm Hansen. These two key positions round out the executive leadership of CESI and will position the company to grow and adapt to a changing market in the Credit Counseling Industry.

Jean Elias brings with her over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, including the debt relief and structured settlement verticals. Passionate about customer experience and financial education, Jean has spent over a decade connecting highly leveraged consumers to products and services aimed at improving their financial outlooks and achieving their goals. Jean began her career in public accounting before moving over database and digital marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in Economics.

Helm Hansen is a process driven executive with more than 20 years of experience managing businesses for both large, publicly traded companies as well as private equity firms. His background has been primarily in the manufacturing sector. He brings to CESI a wealth of knowledge related to business transformation and operational excellence.  Helm earned his B.S.I.E degree from Lehigh University and an M.S.I.A degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
